Ans: By dialing *530# on your Vodafone prepaid number and selecting your preferred offer.
Question 3. Do Made4Me offers auto-renew upon expiry?
Ans: No, they do not. A subscriber has to dial the short code to purchase another offer.
Question 4. Will Made4Me replace my existing offer?
Ans: No, Made4Me offers will co-exist with your existing offers such as Red, Vodafone X, Supreme, etc
Question 5. If I have a bundle and I buy a Made4Me offer, which one will I use first?
Ans: Your Made4Me bucket will be used first.
Question 6. I tried to subscribe but it was not successful.
Ans: a. Made4Me offers are limited to availability of buckets – all your buckets may be full OR
b. You did not have sufficient balance.
Question 7: I dialed *530# but I am told I am ineligible.
Ans: You maybe a postpaid or hybrid customer. Made4Me is limited to only prepaid customers. However if you are a prepaid customer and receive an ineligieedback, please send an SMS to 655 with your query for assistance.
Question 8: I tried subscribing to an offer. My balance was deducted but I have not received any success notification.
