Terms and Conditions – Vodafone Happy Days
Vodafone Happy Days (offer) is made with you in mind. Vodafone customers in selected regions will receive any amount they spend on Voice calls within the day, as gift the following day to call all networks for FREE. There is no subscription involved and no extra charges.
- The offer is open to consumer mobile prepaid subscribers within the following regions (as per old regional demarcations );
- Central Region
- Volta Region
- Northern Region
- Upper East Region
- Upper West Region
- This offer is not subscription based. Customers who fall under the above listed regions will automatically start enjoying the Happy Days gift.
- Customers will get the same amount of airtime they use during the day (spend), the following day as gift.
- The Happy Days gift will be based on the customer’s usage from 00:00:00 GMT to 23:59:59 GMT daily.
- Happy Days gift on previous day’s voice spend will be received at 00:00:00 GMT the following day.
- Happy Days gift will be given for local voice calls only i.e. calls to Vodafone numbers and calls to other local networks.
- Voice calls made from bundles or bonuses will not attract Happy Days gift.
- Happy Days gift does not rollover. All unused gift will expire at midnight.
- This offer will not interfere with any bundle that a customer may already be on.
- Customers with the Happy Days gift can still purchase any bundle of their choosing from Vodafone.
- The Happy Days gift will be charged first before any other bundle that the customer may be on.
- Customers on this offer will continue to be on Vodafone’s default tariff of 11.5p/min for all local voice calls and 11.5p/mb for data.
- The tariff applicable on the Happy Days gift is the same as Vodafone’s default tariff of 11.5p/min for all local voice calls and 11.5p/mb for data.
- Customers who are on this offer can check their Happy Days balance by dialling *126#.
- The following provisions define the terms and conditions governing the offer. By subscribing to this offer, the Subscriber shall be deemed to have consented and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and be bound accordingly.
- All Subscribers warrant that they have read carefully and have understood fully these Terms and Conditions.
