No, you will not get a handset if you subscribe to a data only service. However, if you subscribe to a <strong>Voice only </strong>or <strong>Data + Voice </strong>service you will receive a handset. Subsequently, if you request for additional voice service you will have to purchase a handset at any of our retail shops.
I’m a new customer…if I subscribe for a Data only service will I get a handset?
No, you will not get a handset if you subscribe to a data only service. However, if you subscribe to a Voice only or Data + Voice service you will receive a handset. Subsequently, if you request for additional voice service you will have to purchase a handset at any of our retail shops.
Can I change my bundle?
Yes, you can change your bundle by dialling *900# (Vodafone mobile only) or at any Vodafone Retail shop.
Will my bundle renew automatically every month?
Yes, your bundle will renew automatically every month as long as you have money equal to your bundle price on your account.
What happens after I exhaust any of the allocations on my bundle?
When you exhaust any of the allocations (On-net, Off-net or IDD) you will fall on pay as you go and can continue to make calls as long as you have money on your account. However, you will need to top-up at least GHS 10 to maintain an active line.
How many voice bundles are available now?
We will have three (3) starting from GHS 10, 20, 50, and will offer On-net, Off-net and IDD minutes and also Unlimited weekend calls to all Vodafone Fixed and Mobile lines.
What is changing with the new Fixed voice service?
It will now be mandatory for all customers (New and Existing) with a Fixed voice service to subscribe to a voice bundle. Customer have to top-up a monthly minimum amount of GHS 10 to keep their lines active.
Customers who remain inactive for 120 days will be taken off the service.
New voice bundles with more On-net allocations and unlimited weekend calling.
What is broadband or Wi-Fi or voice?
Broadband is a type of high-speed Internet access where connections to the internet are provided by cabling to your home or office. Wi-Fi is an internet connection without wires. You can access this via our ADSL, Fibre, or Wi-Fi.
How about your voice product?
Our fixed voice products allow you to communicate via voice with friends, family, business associates across the country and the world. It is accessible throughout Ghana either via our fixed lines or our MDP (Mobile Desk Phones)
How can I get broadband or voice or Wi-Fi with Vodafone?
You can apply for voice or broadband on https://fbb.vodafone.com.gh or any of our Retail shops. You can have access to Wi-Fi hotspots at any of our Internet café, Best Western Hotel or Labadi Beach Hotel
What can I use the internet for?
You can use the internet to check your emails, read the news, chat with friends on social media, stream videos on YouTube, download music or movies , transfer files and many more
