The Vodafone Double Ntosuo Promotion is organized by Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited (operating under the brand name Vodafone Ghana, and hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”). This Promotion starts on 8th August, 2019 at 00:00:00 GMT. This promo will run till an end date is duly communicated.
1.1 The following provisions define the terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) that govern the promotion. By participating in the promotion, you are deemed to have read, understood and consented to these terms and conditions and be bound accordingly.
1.2 All participants warrant that they have fully read and understood these terms and conditions which are also posted on http://www.vodafone.com.gh

All consumer mobile prepaid subscribers are eligible for this promotion.
5.1. Vodafone accepts no responsibility whatsoever for, including without limitation, any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications, line failure when it is not under its direct control.
5.2. Vodafone reserves the right to suspend the campaign temporarily for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades) whenever it is deemed necessary. Vodafone promises to restore the campaign as soon as possible after any temporary suspension period.
6.1. Vodafone makes no warranty, implied or express, that any part of the promotion will be uninterrupted and error-free.
6.2 Neither Vodafone nor any of its directors, employees, agents or suppliers shall accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any Customer for participating in the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize.
6.3 By entering the promotion, Customers agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted or made against Vodafone, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or user of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
7.1. By participating in the promotion, the winners agree that any of their data, including names, photos and video images, may be used by Vodafone for advertising, demonstration or marketing purposes with no prior consent of the winner and at no charge to Vodafone.
7.2. Customers agree that if they win a prize their names and phone number will be published for informational purposes only.
7.3. Vodafone as a Data Controller may disclose Customers’ data to its contractors or agents (data processors ) in line with the Data Protection Act, 2010 (Act 843) to assist in conducting this promotion or any future promotions.
8.1. Vodafone reserves the right to terminate, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted online and shall be binding on a customer.
8.2. In the event of dispute regarding the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, conduct, results, and all other matters relating to the promotion the decision of Vodafone shall be final and without appeal.
8.3. These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect while the promotion lasts (not taking into account temporary suspensions of the offer for operational reasons, e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades).
8.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
