Supreme Terms & Conditions - Vodafone Ghana

With reference to the General Terms and Conditions on the Vodafone Corporate website ( https://vodafone.com.gh/terms-and-conditions/ ), the Terms and Conditions below applies to the Vodafone Supreme offers.

  1. New subscriptions to this offer will be closed effective 16th February, 2019.
  1. This offer lasts for 7 days
  • It will cost GHS5.00 to register to this offer
  1. This offer is for Vodafone Prepaid Mobile Customers only
  2. On the midnight of the 30th day, you will lose all unused accumulated bonuses and unused on-net minutes.
  3. You are limited to 300 minutes for on-net calls, 30 minutes off-net, 5 free cross-net SMS, 150MB and double bonus credit on all top ups from GHs2.00 above to call all networks for a month. If those allocations are exhausted before the end of the 30 days, on-net calls can still be made at 26p/min & 15p/Mb for data usage for the rest of the period. Alternatively, you can re-subscribe to Supreme Weekly Browser and renew the 7-day cycle.
  • By making sure you have credit balance equal to or above GHS5.00on the midnight of the 7th day, you will be automatically renewed on the offer and then receive SMS confirming renewal of the offer.
  • If you do not have a credit balance of GHs 5.00 or above on the midnight of the 7th day, your account on the offer will be suspend for 7 days; a period in which you would be charged the standard network tariff fee. When you top-up up to the value of GHS 5.00 or above within the 7days period, you will be automatically renewed on the offer; otherwise, you will be completely deregistered from the offer and you will have to register again if you want to continue to enjoy the offer.
  1. If the allocations are exhausted before expiration of the 7 days, you can still call Vodafone lines at 26p/mins for the rest of the period and browse at 12.5p/Mb
  2. All calls to other local networks are charged at 26p/min
  3. You can deregister from the offer at any time by dialling 9090
  • You cannot subscribe to Premium Codes/VAS services with your bonus credit. This can only be done with your primary balance
  • You will lose all the offer benefits when you deregister from the offer
  • SMS usage will be charged at the existing standard rate
  1. You will pay a flat rate of 12.5p per MB on Pay As You Go rate Data usage
  • You can still enjoy free night calls with the first two minutes charged at a rate of 26p each
  • You can continue to subscribe for supporting offers such as data bundles, International packages, SMS packages, Value Added Services packages and roaming packages.
  • Once you subscribe to this offer, you cannot enjoy the benefits of any other call offer. To enjoy any other Vodafone promotional offer, you will have to deregister from the current offer by either activating the new tariff offer (by dialing the direct code number of the new offer) or unsubscribing (by dialing the de-registration code number) and then subscribing to the new offer.
  • On the 25th day after subscribing to the offer, a text message will be sent to you indicating that the 30-day offer is about to end. You may be encouraged to register for other attractive value offers or to renew your current offer.
